Pay at Hotel is the safe and quick way to secure a reservation with no upfront payment. Once you select this option, the payment for the whole stay can be made directly at the hotel, either by cash or by card. Such reservation is valid only to the hour specified by the hotel (e.g. 18:00). With the passing of the above given hour your reservation will be automatically cancelled. If you are planning a late arrival at the hotel, please contact the hotel staff by calling the number given in the confirmation e-mail.
Some hotels require your credit card details to secure a Pay at Hotel reservation. The card is not charged with payment for the stay – the given data are used solely for pre-authorization purposes. The reservations confirmed in this way are not subject to automatic cancellation, so the guest is not obliged to inform the hotel about a late arrival.
